Anna is pleased to announce that this spring she will be exhibiting a large body of work at Metropolis Studios in Chiswick. The exhibition will run for 3-months and include 4 large new pieces and 2 installations.
With big name musicians coming and going on a daily basis, Metropolis cannot open it's doors to the general public but on Thursday 18th March we will be holding an invite only private view which is your chance to see all of the work exhibited around this amazing space.

Welcome to the new look Anna Hutton website! Although everyone really liked the old flash site, it was proving quite difficult to keep up-to-date, hence the move towards a more standard site layout.
This site is in the very early stages of development and will be coming to fruition over the next few months so please bare with us.
2009 has been a really busy year for Anna so far and on this homepage, we will try to keep you up to date with all the interesting things she is getting up to so check back regularly for current information about Anna and her work.
Anna just installed her latest piece at the 'Art Below Zero' exhibition being held at Westbourne Studios in Ladbroke Grove, London. Anna's style of work fits perfectly with the show's theme - 'Systems and Patterns'.
'Tapeover7 - Form over Function' is a 230cm x 230cm painting made completely from tape. This was then installed over a low circular table at the exhibition space.
Very soon we will be uploading a video of Anna creating the painting as well as some better quality photos from the exhibition.

Anna has just signed up with the London based art agency 'Scouting For Art' ran by Charlie Wheatley. They do a great job of getting affordable art directly into the hands of the buyers. Anna is currently photogaphing all her new work and will be featured on the site very soon.

Anna's first solo exhibition (hosted by nonsense) was a great success! Around 200 people attended the invite only exhibition over the three days. A lot of wine and beer was consumed and a nice selection of art was sold! It seems to have been a perfect kick start for what is shaping up to be a busy 2009 for Anna.
At the exhibition, Anna's painting 'Crayons' was raffled off. The lucky winners were Chris Leigh and Michelle Pettite. Over 300 raffle tickets were sold so it was a great coincidence that the winners were in the room at the time of the draw! There reaction was an ideal closing moment for a fabulous exhibition. (Video evidence coming soon!)
